Another Testimonial.

Way back in my Blog, I inserted a testimonial by Parham B. Now I would like to post another one I cherish, written by Jo Debra G. on Feb. 2

Dear George,

I just finished your book and I loved it!  You made me feel as though I was right there with you and your wife as a guest willing to pitch in and help you out.  What a wonderful life the two of you have had, congratulations.  We will be in St John next week for a couple of weeks, looking at some small properties and just relaxing.  I would love to take you and Mary out for lunch if you are around and available, let me know.  Thank you again for such an inspiring story and for showing that you can live your dream with hard work and the right attitude.  Bless you both.  I love the piece of flint and the info with it, I’m going to frame it as a reminder of "all things possible".       yours truly, Jo Debra Gandee :-)

George and his wife, Marie, sailed professionally, chartering boats in the Bahamas, then in the Virgin Islands. They then leased an uninhabited island, Little Thatch, in the British Virgin Islands, and turned it into a small hotel. After six years, they left the island and bought a lovely beachfront property on Jost Van Dyke (BVI) where they built Sandcastle Hotel and the original Soggy Dollar Bar. George is now the author of Incredible Virgin Island Adventure: A True Story.
